Times Release is a publisher of news and current affairs content under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We follow the Code of Ethics set out in those Rules and have a grievance redressal process for complaints about our content.
How to file a grievance
Email our Grievance Officer at support@timesrelease.com with the subject line “Grievance” and include:
- your name and contact details;
- the link to the article or content you are complaining about;
- which part of the content you object to and why; and
- any documents that support your complaint.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours.
- We will review it and send you our decision within 15 days of receiving it.
- If we find an error, we will correct, update or remove the content as described in our Corrections Policy.
Appeal
If you are not satisfied with our decision, or do not receive a decision within 15 days, you may escalate your complaint as provided under the IT Rules, 2021, including to the oversight mechanism of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.
