Asian Paints has declared a final dividend of ₹23 per equity share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. This proposal is pending approval at the company’s upcoming 80th Annual General Meeting.
Dividend Details and Record Date
Once approved by shareholders, total dividends for FY26 will reach ₹27.50 per share, including an interim dividend of ₹4.50 given earlier this year. Investors should note that June 23, 2026, is set as the record date.
The dividend payment is expected to occur on or after July 13, 2026. Those listed as shareholders by the record date can anticipate their payouts around then.
Financial Performance Highlights
Asian Paints posted strong results in Q4 FY26 with net profit soaring by an impressive 69.4%, reaching ₹1,172 crore compared to last year’s ₹692 crore during the same quarter.
Revenue also grew by 10.6%, climbing to ₹9,247 crore from ₹8,359 crore previously reported. Additionally, EBITDA increased by 24.4% to reach ₹1,787 crore against last year’s figures.
The EBITDA margin improved significantly to 19.3%, up from last year’s margin of 17.2%. Other income also saw a boost: it rose to ₹171 crore from the previous year’s figure of ₹100 crore.
These numbers have notably surpassed market expectations.

Market analysts had predicted lower figures than what Asian Paints delivered this quarter. The net profit exceeded estimates of around ₹1,055 crore and revenue forecasts were outdone too—expected only at about ₹8,781 crore but ended higher.
